FAQ

Important Note: Your passport needs to be valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay in a foreign country. Please check to make sure your passport is valid through March 2026. If not, take the necessary steps to renew it asap.

Planning & Arrival:

  • What day should I arrive? Thursday, September 11th

  • What day should I depart? Sunday, September 14th

  • What date should I RSVP by? May 31, 2025

  • How do I book my room at the hotel? Your room is pre-booked for your arrival. There is no action needed from you in advance/

  • How much do the rooms cost? Rooms are about €390 per person total (€140 per person for night 1 and 2, and €110 per person for night 3).

  • Can I stay at another hotel or Airbnb? We kindly ask that you stay on-site at the venue and neighboring winery. If there is overflow into the winery, we will let you know in advance, so that you know which location to head to upon arrival. We have specially chosen this location so that everyone can stay together for the duration of the weekend. If there are any issues and you need to stay off-site, please let us know in advance.

  • Where can I rent a tux? We recommend using blacktux.com - they have an automatic 14 day rental for about $250.

  • When should I arrive to the wedding? The wedding begins on Thursday, September 11th. If you’re unable to make the welcome party, please specify via RSVP.

  • When should I depart from the wedding weekend? The majority of guests will depart Sunday, September 14th. If you need to depart sooner or will miss the pool party on Saturday, please specify via RSVP.

  • What’s the best airport to fly into? Rome, Florence or Pisa.

  • How do I get from the airport to the venue? From Rome, Florence and Pisa, you can reach Asciano by train, on the Florence-Siena-Chiusi-Rome line, or by car (1.5 - 2 hours). We recommend pre-booking a private driver for car transfer from one of the following companies:

  • Where are you registered for gifts? Your gift to us is your attendance in Italy! There is also a honeymoon registry here.

Location:

  • What is the address of the venue? CasaBianca S.r.l. Loc. Casa Bianca Asciano (SI)

  • Is the wedding inside or outside? The wedding is mainly outside, weather pending.

  • What is the weather going to be like? Weather in Tuscany tends to be a high of 80s and a low of 60s in September.

Itinerary:

  • What is the wedding day itinerary? The ceremony will be followed by cocktail hour, dinner and dancing, and an after party.

  • What time does the wedding start and end? The ceremony will begin at 6 pm and for those that want to party, the after hours event will end at 3 am.

  • Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception? There will be no time gap - straight to cocktails and wine with Noah and Janelle!

Event Details:

  • What is the dress code? Black tie - men please wear tuxes and women please wear floor length gowns in color (no black or white). The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on gravel and grass so choose shoes that are easy to walk in. There is inspiration and more details here.

  • Am I allowed to bring a plus-one? All plus-ones will be addressed on the envelope your invitation came in. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate any additional guests.

  • Am I allowed to bring my child? With the exception of our two lovely flower girls, this is an adults-only wedding.

  • Is it ok to post photos of the wedding on social media? Yes, but we will ask you to kindly put your phones away during the ceremony to be present. We will have photographers and videographers on-site to share images with you afterward.

  • What type of food will be served? Italian goodness! Please add your dietary restrictions when you RSVP. Gluten free pasta will be available for those guests that specify in advance.

  • Will there be an open bar? Absolutely!
